We are very proud of our alumnus, Dr Michael Chambers, who was recently appointed to the position of Chancellor and Vice-Provost (elected) of Johnson University Florida. Dr Chambers graduated as a Doctor of Philosophy, specialising in Ancient Philosophy. His dissertation was entitled “The Spirit of Friendship : Therapy of the Soul in Plato’s TIMAEUS” and he worked under the careful mentorship of renowned philosophist, Dr Keith Seddon.

Dr Chambers will begin his new position(s) on June 1st, 2015. We congratulate him on this wonderful news and wish him great success in his new endeavour.
