2018 marks 45 year since Warnborough was founded in Oxford. To celebrate, we have put together a series of exciting events. We hope you can join us. Booking is essential, as places are limited for some events.

Overall Itinerary

7 July, Saturday from 4pm: IVETA Presentation – Open to all, as long as booking is made. Optional pay-as-you-go special dinner event at Canterbury Cathedral Lodge (£39.95).

8 July, Sunday from 1pm: Awards Presentation 2018.

9 July, Monday from 6am: London Day Out and events.

10 July, Tuesday, from 10am: Warnborough Council meeting (by invitation only); from 6pm, CArtsCon Welcome Reception (open to all, booking required); optional dinner.

11 July, Wednesday, from 9am: Day 1 of the Canterbury Arts Conference (book on the CArtsCon site).

12 July, Thursday, from 9am: Day 2 of the Canterbury Arts Conference.

45th Anniversary Day Out in London

9 July, Monday (Book by 31 May 2018)

0630	Leave Canterbury for London from HQ by coach.
0930	Visit the world-famous Houses of Parliament (limited to 30 people only – first come, first served).
1130	Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre (tour this landmark building, go backstage, and do a special masterclass on one of Shakespeare’s legendary plays with a trained actor).
1315	LUNCH
1400	Rose Theatre (learn about this historic theatre and try on Elizabethan costumes).
1430	Bus tour towards Harrods.
1500	Own time.
1930	(OPTIONAL) West End Theatre Show: Mamma Mia (ABBA’s hit songs tell a story of romance).
2245	Return to Canterbury by coach.

Graduation 2018

VENUE: Clagett Auditorium, Canterbury Cathedral Lodge

GRADUATION will be held on Sunday 8^th July 2018 at 14:00 at the Clagett Auditorium, Canterbury Cathedral Lodge, Cathedral Precincts, Canterbury in the United Kingdom.

Please bring your invitation with you. You must go to HQ to register and collect your robe from 11:00 to 13:15. Thereafter, HQ will be closed while all proceedings move to the venue. Rehearsals will begin at 13:40 sharp. Guests will be allowed into the Auditorium at 13:50. Graduation Gowns: We will rent out the gowns and caps. However, ALL Doctoral graduands must BUY their own caps. Caps will cost £45.
