The world has been working with an outcome-oriented learning system since the beginning of the Bologna Process  (i.e. for around 20 years). During this time, theory and practice have developed.

In this webinar, these developments are presented and the path from skills to competences, key competences, competencies and qualifications is shown. The webinar will also show how validation of competences and qualifications (credential evaluation) is carried out today. Also, the webinar will look at the current worldwide trend of shortening training courses, and the recognition of competencies based on previously-acquired competencies: Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL / RPL), Accreditation of Prior Certified Learning (APCL) and Accreditation of Prior Experienced Learning (APEL).
